How do you know when a YouTuber is using a teleprompter

If he's using this kind of teleprompter, he looks you straight in the eye.

When his head moves, his eye balls still always look directly at the camera, because he's reading.
Most people move head to look at something else so their eyes look at somewhere else briefly, teleprompter reader moves head to fake having emotions.

People that read scripts have a certain tone, it's not normal comfortable speaking tone, hard to describe.
The tone that reporters and news anchors use.

Maybe it's because the script is so boring they need to vary the tones to make things interesting.

Notice the huge eye plus black square in the middle and 2 lights.
When there're 2 lights pointing directly at your face, you open your eyes that big, it's not natural.
Why? Because she's reading and she's focusing at the mirror image of the telePrompter, not affected by lights.

How the pros read a teleprompter.
Use 2 cameras, one behind the teleprompter, one pointing the side of the face, alternate between the two angles when one is getting mechanical an awkward.

News guys usually do this.
